Inniskeen togged out in the Louth League last week against St Annes in Gratton Pairc. With perfect weather conditions and a perfect playing field, all looked good for the home team. Inniskeen new they had to secure this win to remain in the running for the league cup, and this was the driving force behind the team from the word go. Excellent defence work from Aisling McGeeney and Edel Kierans meant St Annes rarely had a chance to rack up any score. Trojan work from Lisa Kindlan in the midfield left St Annes stunned in defence and Inniskeens forward line had plenty of opportunity to tot up the scores! An excellent game of camogie with tremendous team work and effort from all player.
