Senior Hurlers:
This Sunday our senior hurling team attempt to make history by winning Inniskeen’s first ever Senior Hurling Championship as they take on the reigning championship winners Castleblayney. The club would encourage all our members to come and support the team on what could be an historic day for Inniskeen Grattans. Throw in is at 7.00pm in Aughnamullen this Sunday.

Intermediate League:
Last Wednesday we drew with Donaghmoyne in a scrappy encounter, 1-08 to 1-08. On Tuesday we lost out to Doohamlet by the norrowest of margins, 3-06 to 1-13, in Pairc Grattan. There are no more fixtures until after the holiday period which ends on the 12th August.

Reserve Hurlers:
The reserve hurlers have reached the final of the Reserve Hurling League where they face Truagh after a 1-14 to 0-08 win over Monaghan Harps last Thursday.

Fund Raising Draw:
Tickets are now on sale for the Inniskeen Grattans Development Draw. The 1st Prize is €5000, 2nd €1500 and there are 10 prizes of €100 to be won. Tickets are €20 each or 3 for €50 and are available from any committee member.

Raft Race:
The annual Raft Race which has become a huge local attraction in Inniskeen will be run by Inniskeen Grattans GFC this year. It is hoped to run the event in the autumn time, but this will depend on the water level in the Fane. This year will also see the inclusion of a kayak race. More details to follow in the coming weeks.
