AGM:
This year’s AGM took place in the Inniskeen Social hall on Sunday 17th of November.
The Main areas outlined in the Secretary’s report were:
The Congratulation of the Senior Hurlers on achieving the league and Championship Double.
The various Successes obtained at Juvenile levels across both codes by the U12’s and U16’s.
Grounds Development Officer Pete Meegan was also commended on the condition Pairc Grattan was kept in after all the activity during the year.
It was also noted that on review of the Slattery Report from Croke Park, Pairc Grattan’s capacity was reinstated to 5175 from 2245.
This was mainly as a result of the capital expenditure development of Terrace Rails and the erection of the Dancers wall behind the goals.
Special mention was also directed at all involved this year from a fundraising capacity.
Both fundraising events carried out during the year (Strictly Come Dancing and Inniskeen Countryfest) were both praised as a huge success.
Outgoing Chairman Raymond Finnegan was also singled out in the report for his great work carried out in 2013.
