Armagh here we come:
Our Seniors Defeated Derrylin in the Ulster Intermediate Semi final last Sunday by a score line of 1-14 to 1-07. We got off to a great start within the first 10 minutes with points from Paul Meegan and Matty Mckenna, however a Derrylin goal against the run of play shortly after temporally stalled us.
We went in at half time with a 3 point lead; however we could have been out of sight only for a brace of wides before the break.
Derrylin came out fighting after the break with a quick point however the Grattan’s defense stood firm and managed to frustrate the Fermanagh men, which resulted in them snatching at chances. Alan Ryan resumed his sweeping duties to perfection in front of Francis McArdle who also put in a very good performance. Francis was brought into the match as replacement to Joe Butler who missed the match due to work commitments.
Once the pressure was absorbed, we counter attacked in style with a Paul Meegan Goal that effectively put the game out of sight.
Overall it was a great team performance and the win sets us up with an Ulster Final Showdown against Warrenpoint in Armagh on Sunday 30th.

Scor na nOg:
The semi final of Scor na nOg takes place Saturday 22nd November in Ardaghey Centre and yet again we have great representation from the Inniskeen Grattans Club in the following categories;
Instrumental Music Group: Gareth Quinn, Aoife Hamill, Aoibheann Monahan, Shane Mc Gahon and Aaron Quigley.
Ballad Group: Erin Burke, Alison Finnegan, Aoife Hamill, Lucy Kindlon and Aaron Quigley.
Recitation:  Claire Marron
We will also enter a quiz team and all groups have been very busy practicing over the past few weeks and we wish them well. We ask as many as possible to come along and show your support for the night.

Development Plan Forum:
We held our first open forum on Monday night last and it was based on coaching & games development. A good crowd turned out and we had some very good points raised that can be implemented with immediate effect.
Thank you for all who turned up and engaged in the process. The Next forum will be based on the module: Club structure and Admin.
We will advertise when this night will be on and all are welcome to come anytime.
