Results:
Monaghan Electrical IFL: A good start is half the battle and this certainly was the case when our first team got quickly out of the blocks with a 2.13 to 0.08 win over Emyvale at a sun drenched Páirc Grattan last Sunday. The lads got off to a great start with two brilliantly worked and executed early goals with Emyvale fighting a losing battle from then on but fair play to them they never threw in the towel whittling a nine-point margin down to four points but that was as good as it got and we eventually ran out as eight point winners.  Next up is Aughnamullen in three weeks.
