Comhgairdheas: 
A massive congratulations to our Senior Hurlers who won the Silver Hill Farm Senior Hurling Championship Final by comprehensively defeating Monaghan Harps HC last Sunday in O’Neill Park Clontibret. Minor Football Championship: Our young guns went out of the championship last Friday night to the Na Mullai Sarsfields combination in Smithborough. 

Fixtures: 
Silver Hills Food SHL Inis Caoin Grattans v Craobh Rua in Páirc Grattan this coming Thursday 11th August at 7.15. Monaghan Electrical Intermediate Football League. We take on Tyholland this coming Sunday 14th August at 12.30pm in Páirc Grattan. Minor Football Shield semi-final Inis Caoin Grattans v Patrick Emmets in Aghabog this coming Tuesday 16th August at 6.45pm

Bereavement: 
Inis Caoin Grattans would like to offer our belated sincere sympathy and condolences to Benny Kearney Dunleer on the death of his wife Bridie. Benny formerly from Drumass, Inniskeen was a former Grattan player. Ar dheis Dé go a anam dhílis.

Lotto: 
There was no winner of our Pick Four Lotto jackpot of €4,900 last Monday night 8th August 2016.  The Numbers Drawn were: 12: 18: 19: 24 The lucky dip winners were, MarieAnn Geown, Knockbridge (John Boyle): Leo McGlew c/o Peter Dooley (Peter Dooley): Mina McBride Carrickavoley, Inniskeen (Catherine Keenan): Danny Downey, Mullagh, Inniskeen Pauline Downey): Callum & Tiernan McKenna, Drumboat, Inniskeen (Catherine Keenan).  Next Week’s Lotto jackpot is €5,000.  Envelopes available from all committee members and the usual outlets.

Juniors & U8s: 
Training Saturday 11-12 

U10s: 
Training as usual. They play the first round in the internal league competition this Saturday 13th at the end of training at 11pm. U12s: We had a good run out against Aughnamullen on Saturday. We were short a few players and came up short at the end of the game. We need everyone at training as we play Drumhowan in the semi-final on Saturday the 20th August. We continue to train on Wednesday nights from 7.45 

U14s: 
We play against Donaghmoyne this Saturday 13th August in Donaghmoyne at 12noon. Training Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7.15. 

U16s: 
The team played an exceptional performance against Carrickmacross leading to a great victory in Carrickmacross last Thursday night. It was a team performance throughout with some great scoring. Inniskeen 3.10 Carrickmacross 1.10. Text will be sent out for training.
