On Sunday morning the seniors travelled to Truagh in their penultimate game. Underground conditions were poor for both teams and it was the home team that settled best into the game. Inniskeen responded well but were dealt a sucker punch with a deeply controversial goal. With the square and end lines obscured with sand the ball appeared out of play but was deftly toe poked through the side net. Despite protestations the goal stood. Again Inniskeen responded well but were dealt blow number two with a sin binning. At the final whistle a 2 point margin awarded Truagh the spoils. The club would like to thank Truagh First Aider Ursula most sincerely for attending to one of our players who was ill on the day. Upcoming fixture: Emyvale v Inniskeen Saturday the 18th @ 6.30pm. Full turnout essential.

Our under 14 team have reached the final of the championship where they will meet Aghabog on Saturday the 18th of September. Details at training.
Under 10's will take part in a mini blitz in Clontibret  on Saturday the 25th of September from 11am.  All participants will receive a medal and hot food on the day.
Last Friday night Laura Kelly proved that not only has she an outstanding talent between the goalposts, she possesses an outstanding talent on the stage also, when she blew away all opposition to win the final of the North East Got Talent competition. Laura worked tremendously hard throughout the competition to reach the final and everyone in the club is extremely proud of her.  Laura has a bright future ahead and we wish her all the best with her singing career.
